MAP coaches change lives by empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

The Master’s Apprentice owes much of its success to the dedication of our volunteer instructional coaches. These coaches find immense satisfaction in guiding the next generation, offering both mentorship and support. Our students are smart, eager to learn, and committed to pursuing careers in the construction trades. Some have had bumps in the road that led them to MAP. Some steered down the wrong path — or didn’t even know what path to take. They just need direction.

Our coaches understand our mission, see the opportunity that MAP provides to young people, and are eager to be part of the solution. They are a tight team, and they are changing lives.

You don’t need to know how to pound a hammer or twist a screwdriver. You just need the tools that helped you through life.

MAP coaches don’t need a background in construction or the trades. We value life experiences just as much as professional ones. We need coaches willing to make an impact. If you have basic math skills, can manage personal finances, have written a professional resume, you have what it takes to guide our students toward a brighter career.

MAP COACHES BUILD CONFIDENCE
