Ready-to-work candidates

When you partner with The Master’s Apprentice, you’ll have priority access to our pre-apprentice graduates – each of whom has earned our coveted endorsement and are eager to start their careers.

All MAP grads are in full career mode:

OSHA-10 certification
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Drug free
Experience with power tools, drills, saws, MIG weld, pipe solder & electrical switches
Have shown good attendance and a professional attitude for the 6-week program
Successfully completed courses in NCCER Construction Math, Financial Literacy, Career Planning, Work Ethics, and Conflict Management

MAP Corporate Partners must Provide, Participate, and Promote. They must:

Be a quality and community-minded company
Provide training with a Registered Apprenticeship or have a documented internal training program to develop employees
Provide scholarships for MAP students

Participate in regular mock interviews for students
Provide guest speakers to teach about the industry
Provide opportunities for graduates to interview for employment
