Ready-to-work candidates

When you partner with The Master’s Apprentice, you’ll have priority access to our pre-apprentice graduates – each of whom has earned our coveted endorsement and are eager to start their careers.

All MAP grads are in full career mode:

  • OSHA-10 certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Drug free
  • Experience with power tools, drills, saws, MIG weld, pipe solder & electrical switches
  • Have shown good attendance and a professional attitude for the 6-week program
  • Successfully completed courses in NCCER Construction Math, Financial Literacy, Career Planning, Work Ethics, and Conflict Management

MAP Corporate Partners must Provide, Participate, and Promote. They must:

  • Be a quality and community-minded company
  • Provide training with a Registered Apprenticeship or have a documented internal training program to develop employees
  • Provide scholarships for MAP students
  • Promote their companies through field trips and hands-on learning for students
  • Participate in regular mock interviews for students
  • Provide guest speakers to teach about the industry
  • Provide opportunities for graduates to interview for employment
