Amy Hughes has a passion to assist individuals with return to work, a role she had for 20 years. Amy has provided training in job seeking skills, and on the job training to injured workers and special needs young adults, and support and guidance to employers to ensure a successful outcome for all parties. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and related Services from the University of Northern Colorado, with a minor in Psychology. Most recently Amy was employed by Pinnacol Assurance as a return to work consultant with former roles as a job coach/ Douglas County schools and vocational rehabilitation counselor/IntraCorp. Amy also served as the Executive Director of the Attention Deficit Disorder Advocacy Group (ADDAG), a local non profit. Amy also served on the Board for ADDAG. While raising children, and for a period of 20 years, Amy was employed as a server for a fine dining Italian restaurant. In retirement  Amy enjoys bike riding, sewing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
