Pete Gammie currently serves as a Master’s Apprentice coach for Financial Literacy.  Born and raised on Maui, he traded his surfboard for skis to attend college at Colorado State University, graduating with a degree in Business Management.   After working for a year as a glazier apprentice and a stint in the family’s equipment rental business on Maui, he earned an MBA degree from the University of Hawaii.  Pete worked in finance and strategic planning for 10+ years in the container shipping and rail car leasing industries in San Francisco.  He returned to Colorado in 1993 and acquired a master’s degree in Telecommunications while working full time.  For the next 16 years he worked as a senior program manager for several large Denver based telecommunications providers, leading product development project teams.  Pete believes strongly in the value of lifelong learning.

After retiring from the corporate world in 2015, Pete became a licensed real estate agent for three years.  He now volunteers his time as the president of one home owner association (HOA) and the treasurer of another and  manages a number of rental properties.  He is a member of and volunteer property maintenance volunteer  at Centennial Covenant church in Littleton, a Colorado Master Gardener, and relishes his role as a coach for the Master’s Apprentice since 2018.  Pete is married to Dana, his wife of 43  years, and has three wonderful children.
