Ron Lee

Ron Lee is recently retired after a 55 year career in the commercial flooring industry. Ron began that career as a flooring installation apprentice, working during high school, and at 20 founded a flooring contracting company once ranked in the top 25 in the US, and still operating today. After selling that company he moved to Colorado and over the next 30 years co-founded and led two or the nations largest commercial flooring cooperatives, each with sales in excess of $2B. His reputation and passion is developing people into productive and valuable contributors and future leaders. Ron lives in Aurora Colorado with his wife Peri, has three grown children, five grandchildren and a great grandchild on the way.
